The NATO Information Center in cooperation with the Moravian-Silesian Region has prepared an unique opportunity for high-school students to explore strategic US aircraft and enjoy debates with pilots directly at Leos Janacek Airport in Ostrava. The event is a part of the series “Meet NATO”.
In addition to the B-52 Stratofortress, students could also see the C-5 Super Galaxy transport aircraft. 160 students from five secondary schools attended the third event of this year’s “Meet NATO”. The pilots brought them besides the airplanes closer to the North Atlantic Alliance and the cooperation of its members too.
