In cooperation with the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Washington, we organized the first ever gala dinner focused on the presentation of Czech investments in the USA. It took place at the end of the official visit of the Prime Minister of the Czech Republic, Petr Fiala, to the United States. Anne Neuberger from the National Security Council of the United States also accepted the invitation to speak.
Czech companies Česká Zbrojovka (today Colt CZ Group), Czechoslovak Group, Draslovka, GZ Media, PPF, KKCG, and Sev.en Global Investments gradually began to join R2G, which invested its first USD 750 million in the United States in 2018. They have already invested and are ready to invest over 6 billion dollars and have created over 2000 jobs in the last five years.
The invitation was accepted by representatives of Congress, the administration, major American companies, think tanks and the media. Prime Minister Petr Fiala introduced this new trend in Czech-American relations to 150 guests.
