Joint Sky: public discussions with NATO Days pilots and guests in the Ostrava Book House

September 17th 2021 | Ostrava

As part of the Joint Sky project, the NATO Information Center has prepared an annual public informal debate with participants in the NATO Days in Ostrava. This year, pilots of American C-5 aircraft and the MQ-9 Reaper drone, as well as Czech firefighters who intervened in fires in Greece, visited the Book House in Ostrava for the first time. For the first time, we also welcomed representatives of the German ground forces and the Czech and Swedish display pilots of the Jas39 Gripen aircraft. After a one-year break, the debate could take place again with a live audience, however, the popular live broadcast, which was watched by five thousand viewers and whose recording can be viewed here, was also preserved.
